Friends
Penn is a very fun loving guy. There's barely a time you'll catch him in a cross mood. He doesn't believe that there's time in life to live it with regrets, so he lives it to it's fullest. He's quite outgoing, and he's a great companion to have. Being that he's such a goofball, though, you'll rarely get a serious moment out of him, if you can handle that. On the upside, he'll be there for you if you're upset as a shoulder to cry on, or someone to talk to. His Italian roots make him all about family, and he counts his friends as family.

Lovers
Penn is a flirtatious person by nature. He can‘t help it. Being that he has that “who gives a shit“ mentality, he doesn‘t care about flirting. Though, at times he can get pretty bashful. I don‘t see Penn getting into a serious relationship, one: because he only thinks he‘s mature, and he‘s really not, and two: because he‘s much too goofy to try to be serious with any girl. But he‘ll definitely have flirtations. Be they as minor as possible. He‘ll have them, for sure.

Enemies
Penn can get pretty annoying at times, and there are a lot of people in Faraway that wouldn‘t know a joke if it came up and bit them in the ass. So, there will be people that don‘t like Penn at all. I don‘t think he‘d let it affect him much. He‘d only care what you think of him if he actually liked you. Penn might get sarcastic with anyone that vocally doesn‘t like him, but he would never try to start a fight. He doesn‘t care enough to do that. But yes, I definitely see some potential for characters disliking, if not hating Penn here.
