Jenson wasn't in the best mood at all. His day was going fine. He was chilling out at the Poison Apple after doing some magic for a kid's birthday party. He had caused some mayhem there. The boy had wished to become a superhero. Jenson granted it, and the boy tried out his new powers. Now he was in the hospital with some broken bones. Jenson was satisfied and wanted to hang out at the bar to pass some time. Unfortunately for him, someone decided to pay Jenson a visit. Dustin. Seeing him made his heart jump. His eyes, lips, body. They were still the same and Jenson loved it. He grinned at the man, wanting those lips to crash onto his like the old days. He knew that Dustin wanted him too, but Dustin wasn't budging. He would tease Jenson, putting him back into a lustful mood, but never do anything. Jenson was getting irked. Why did he even come back? After their talk, Jenson was so confused. He couldn't handle being next to him so he left.

Finally, after trying to figure out where to go, he reappeared with a puff of gold smoke in the park. He needed some fresh air. Walking along a trail, he got bored. He merely tilted his head, causing a tree to uproot itself and fall into a lake. Yes, when he got bored, he damaged stuff. He was only bored because he didn't have Dustin's arms around him. He had been single for the longest time. People don't jump to date guys who wear guyliner and snake slippers all the time, ya know. Dustin actually likes....liked him for who he was, even though who he was was a evil diva sorcerer hellbent on causing destruction and chaos. Continuing his walk, he finally stopped at a bench. Dustin still on his mind, he sat down. Why did it have to be this hard. Villains don't fall in love with good guys. They don't fall in love period! Sighing, he put his head in his lap, making a invisible bubble around him so no one saw him...or his tears.

'Damn it all to hell!' the genie raked his fingers through his hair, incredibly stressed, and frustrated, and 'dammit!' Out of all the people he could have run into in this town, it was him. Why, out of everyone, and everywhere in the world, did it have to be here, and now, and JENSON. He sighed, deciding to change his path, heading towards the park, instead of the Tower. He needed to think...to chill for a bit. After all, seeing his old flame was a bit of an unexpected blast from the past. The man -- if you could compare him to a mere man -- was still just as attractive as the last time they'd met. Still just as devious, too. And he had made it abundantly clear that he still wanted Dustin. Which was...fuck. What was it? He was sure as hell still attracted to Jen...but, what if? Did he want what they had back?

Did he still feel that way about him? After all those centuries that they were apart?

They'd both changed, that much was clear. Especially him. He was free now, unlike last time they'd met, and he was starting to define himself, make his own way. And, well...it was even further from Jenson's than it had ever been. He was doing anything, and everything he could to become a force for good in the world. Make up for all the horrible things he'd been forced to do while he was bound to his lamp.

And Jenson? Well, as far as he could tell, the other genie was still actively pursuing the opposite path. Could they really make things work? A 'hero' and a 'villain' in love? It just wasn't meant to happen. Not then, not now, not ever. Making his way through the winding paths of the central park, he heard something suspiciously like someone crying softly. Casting a quick glance around, he furrowed his brow, unable to see anyone. Freezing, he frowned, the sound was definitely there...weirdly muffled though. Narrowing his eyes, Dustin took a second glance around the park, really looking this time, and caught sight of something. Or, really the lack of something. Frowning, he approached, the anomaly growing more and more obvious the closer he got. Finally, he extended a hand, watching as it disappeared from sight. 'Gotcha!' Taking a quick breath, he sat on the bench, feeling a slight chill as his full body passed into the little bubble, shielding him from sight, as well as it's creator.

Casting a glance sideways, he was met with the sight of a very...upset looking Jenson. His heart went out to the other man, and he prayed it wasn't because of him. "Hey," he stated, simply.
