Hello, Perdita Elenore Dearly.
» Is there anything you would rather be called?
"I'm fond of the nickname Perdie, but you can call me Perdita if you like. What's in a name, anyway? Just as long as it isn't offensive or rude."
» Great, now that we've got that covered. How old are you?
"I'm twenty one, just a rose blooming in the sun."
» You know, has anyone ever told you that you look exactly like...?
"Dianna Agron."

Let's talk about your personality.
» What are a few of your favorite things?
"Culture is a significant part of every day life, and I think it should be celebrated often. I love art, so spending time at the museum would make me happy anyday. I take pictures alot, photography being my biggest passion in life. I love how you can capture a million different things with just a snap of a camera; colors, emotions, expression, beauty, spirituality. I enjoy trying new foods, and I'm not afraid to experiment. I don't like to stick to the same things all of the time, prefering variety in my life as opposed to routine. I have a thing for old movies and music - nothing beats the timeless classics, in my opinion."
»That's interesting. Is there anything you absolutely dislike?
"Fashion fanatics can scare me sometimes, if they're the ruthless kind like my mother's boss is; cold, harsh, skeletal and completely obsessed with using fur and animal hides in all of her designs. It was chilling, to be truthful. I used to hide whenever she called in at our house to talk business with mom. There's just something about her that makes me uneasy. I can't say I'm particularly fond of rude people, or anyone raised with bad manners - is it really asking too much for them to be polite?
» Hm, what is your greatest fear?
"My mother's boss, Cruella. I won't lie, she a complete devil of a woman."
» Yeah, that is scary. Do you have any dreams for the future?
"I dream of going of to live in some quaint but beautiful little setting, surrounded by culture and living the bohemian lifestyle. London seems idyllic. I hope to work as a photographer professionally, and perhaps spend my days sipping darjeeling on the patio of a little cafe or wandering through thrift stores. I wouldn't say no to meeting a nice young man, with the same ideals as me either."
» Wow, I hope you succeed. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
"I'm the pampered, only child of Anita Dearly, one of the best fashion designers in town. I never knew my father, you see. He walked out on my mom not too long after my birth. She says it was better off that way, and that she'd coped fine with raising me on her own and juggling her career. She wasn't wrong either; my mom is one of the best in the business.
She worked her way to the top, being second only to her boss, Cruella, who was an old friend of hers from college. When I was old enough, I was sent to Dalms Academy, one of the most prestigious schools in Faraway City. My mom couldn't always be around, however my Nanny used to take great care of me, teaching me all about being a proper lady and which spoons to use at the dinnertable, that kind of thing. I've always had a shy aspect to my nature. It's more nerves than anything, which isolates me from others. They just think I'm stuck up, but I'm really not.
The older I've grown, the wiser I've become about the world, even if there are many things I've yet to learn. I've grown accustomed to being alone, since my mom was hardly there and my father didn't want anything to do with me, but instead of yearning for the company I spend my time taking part in activities that take my mind off such feelings, like touring the island, taking photographs and drawing in my sketchbook."

So far so good. Now for history.
» So tell me, where are you from? What did you think of it?
"Faraway City. It's definitely something alright, but I'm still trying to figure out what."
» Do you have any other family? Parents? Siblings? Extended? What do you think about them?
"My mom, and my Nanny."
» What is your worst memory/memories?
"The way Cruella used to hungrily eye my dalmation puppy - a gift for my sixth birthday. It was like she wanted to steal it's fur, or something. Poor thing."
» What is your best memory/memories?
"Taking my camera to the park and just admiring the beautiful scenery through a lens before capturing it on film; children playing, dogs scampering around, couples kissing, boats sailing in the pond. Simply gorgeous."
» Where are you now? What are you doing with your life?
"I've just started up my own photography business. It's going well, but I'm not really in it for profit. It's more of a hobby than anything. I've also been volunteering down at the animal shelter. I like taking the dogs out for walks, or playing with them. It's such a shame that people could just turn their backs on such brilliant pets."
