Hello, Belinda Carson Thomas.
» Is there anything you would rather be called?
"Belinda is fine. My mom calls me Lindy. But only people really close to me do that."
» Great, now that we've got that covered. How old are you?
"I'm twenty-one years old"
» You know, has anyone ever told you that you look exactly like...?
"Georgia Moffet? Yes, I suppose I've heard that. I'm not pregnant though."

Let's talk about your personality.
» What are a few of your favorite things?
"Well, I like working with my mom. We have a farm. It's pretty fun. She lets me feed the chickens, and in return, she milks cows. My least favorite. I like to sing. It's one of my most favorite things. My mother always makes me sing for her, especially on rainy days. Which brings me to my next favorite thing. Rain. It's wonderful. Have you ever just stepped out in the rain and played in it? It's magnificent."
»That's interesting. Is there anything you absolutely dislike?
"As much as I love my mother, I would like to get out of my house more. I long for an adventure in the city. I live on the outskirts of Faraway, and I'd really like to see more of the city. I don't want to stay in all day. I've told my mom, but she says I'm too young. That I haven't "developed my wings to fly" yet. Whatever that means. So basically, I dislike staying indoors."
» Hm, what is your greatest fear?
"Never living out my dream of having a big city life. Being on the farm is fun and all, but it isn't a very fufilling life, ya know? Also, not being certain of what's ahead. I'm not very keen on uncertainty."
» Yeah, that is scary. Do you have any dreams for the future?
"My dreams for the future should be very obvious by this point. I want a bigger city life. I want to get away and have success. I don't want to feed chickens all my life. Maybe I'll go sing for a living. That would be so fun. Singing in front of a sold-out audience. That would be wonderful. "
» Wow, I hope you succeed. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
"My mother says to be as old as I am, I still act like a child. I told her that's because she's keeping me sheltered. She doesn't seem to agree with that statement. Not going out much makes me pretty... 'innocent', I guess is the term that the city goers would use. But okay, I'm not 'innocent', per say. I'm pretty ambitious too, wouldn't you say? "

So far so good. Now for history.
» So tell me, where are you from? What did you think of it?
"Born and breed in the outskirts of Faraway. Much to my discontent. Delicate, little flower. Psh. Whatever. "
» Do you have any other family? Parents? Siblings? Extended? What do you think about them?
"My mother is all I have. My mother isn't sure who my father is. She said it was like I was just planted into her one day... Weird right? I know she's lying. I have a father. Where he is or what happened to him, I don't know."
» What is your worst memory/memories?
"When I was eight, my mother got a pneumonia. I was so worried that I was going to lose her. She was very sick, and even the doctor that was sent out for her told me that things looked grim. Luckily, she was fine by a week after all my nursing and TLC."
» What is your best memory/memories?
"When my mom first took me to the city. Well, the first time that I remember. I was four, and she took me on an all day trip. It was spectacular. We went to the candy store, and she took me to see the chapel. It was amazing. I'll never forget it. That's what made me want to live there."
» Where are you now? What are you doing with your life?
"I'm still living on the farm. Doing nothing but feeding chickens and singing to animals. I'm still trying to find a way to prove to my mother that I've "gotten my wings", and I can go out of the house now, but she still won't see reason. I sneak out a lot though. I just want to observe the life of a city-goer, but she still shelters me. Oh well."
